CDF Action is pleased to partner with Georgia Piedmont Technical College and the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) to offer the Enhanced Child Development Associate (CDA) project. The idea for the Enhanced CDA came directly from Clarkston family members during the 2015 and 2016 Early Learning Community Trust dialogues. Two years in a row, families chose this project to increase the number of multi-lingual and multi-cultural early teachers. The initial ECDA project was piloted and funded through a grant awarded to CDF Action from the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.
