The weather was beautiful for our first walk along the Trail. Approximately 30 children and adults participated – of all ages. Dr. Heval began with 3 points: high blood pressure is often silent, knowing and tracking our individual blood pressure is important, and walking just 30 minutes a day is beneficial to heart health. I met some new friends and saw others I haven’t seen in a while. The next Walk will be the last Sunday in April at 2:30 pm. Thank you to The Champion for writing this lovely article about the Walk.
